Heads or tails. It is a simple decision, but for four MLS clubs it's also a big one.

The semifinals of the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup will be played on Aug. 12, but before that happens, U.S. Soccer will conduct a coin flip to determine who will host the championship game. The coin flip will be conducted at Soccer House on Wednesday at 12 pm ET and will be shown live on U.S. Soccer's YouTube channel and ussoccer.com.

The four clubs in contention to host the game are the Chicago Fire, Philadelphia Union, Sporting Kansas City and Real Salt Lake. The Fire will visit the Union at PPL Park on Aug. 12, while Sporting Kansas City play host to Real Salt Lake in a rematch of the 2013 MLS Cup final that same day.

The two winners of those semifinals contests will meet in the tournament's title game on Sept. 29 or 30.
