With a record 17 MLS teams competing, the matchups are set for the Fourth Round of the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup, which will be played June 16-17.

All US-based MLS teams will enter in the Fourth Round along with 15 winners from Wednesday's Third Round, which was dominated by the United Soccer League.

Because the MLS clubs make up more than half of the field, one of the round's 16 games will feature two MLS teams, with the Seattle Sounders and Portland Timbers adding another chapter to their storied rivalry.

The other 15 MLS teams will all take on lower-division clubs, including two from the NASL and US Amateur Soccer Association club PSA Elite, the only amateur team remaining in the tournament. The 16 winners will be drawn into a fixed bracket on June 18. The Round of 16 is scheduled for June 30-July 1, the quarterfinals July 21-22, the semifinals Aug. 11-12 and the final Sept. 29 or 30.
